Reiki is gentle, non-invasive Japanese practice that supports the body’s natural ability to rest, restore, and rebalance. In it’s original form - Shin Shin Kaizen Usui Reiki Ryoho - Reiki is not a technique; its a way of cultivating harmony in mind and body.

Shin Shin Kaizen translates to “the continuous mind-body improvement method”.

Reiki works by encouraging the nervous system to shift out of stress and into a state of deep relaxation. When the mind quiets, the body follows. When the body safe, feels settled, its natural healing processes can function more effectively.
